All the staff from the manager to housekeeping, front desk, kitchen are performing their jobs at the highest level possible. You should be thankful that you have such a great staff. Keep them happy because they deserve it. The only thing that could use some improvement is the beds are a little uncomfortable. I think we were just in a room that us rented a lot. Staff offered to move us. But we chose to stay in the room it was so convenient to us. If I could give you all 110 percent rating I would.

It's a nice hotel. The rooms are quite nice, a really superior designed and appointed room for a 3 star. The architect that designed and appointed those rooms should get a prize or something, it is rare for a room design to be good enough so you notice it. Good office reading and desk space, big good shower and bathroom, and attractive muted greens and blues compliment a really good room layout. (facility is 9 years old, but well maintained). The staff was very gracious, very. Kind and thoughtful. Also funny. Remember i stayed there for a touch over five weeks. The pool is a nice one for a 3 star 15 meters long and the standard 3-5 feet deep. Not a bathtub. Big enough to swim in and you'll often have it to yourself.

I had a wonderful stay the staff was all very friendly and helpful! The only complaint I have is that the room is only cleaned every 3 days. I would feel more comfortable with every other day, or maybe fresh linen daily then the every three days would make more sense. The fan in the bathroom did not work. Otherwise, everything was fine.

The room was clean and nice. The staff were very friendly. I really like the lemonade and cookies provided at check-in. Breakfast was good and we enjoyed the pool feature.

Every thing when I checked in the young lady at the counter was awesome I took my granddaughters there so they could see and play in the snow for the first time and she told me where I could take them and print out directions for me
